Have we gone too far with social media mob justice?
In Hindsight, a bet Susan Westwood wishes had been KOed. She's lost everything over, well that's just it, I'm not quite sure - let us take a look. Susan's behavior is horrible and inexcusable, the videos are quite embarrassing, but I have seen far worse get reconciled for far less loss of life. And let's be honest, Susan has lost quite a bit at this point, with more criminal charges hanging in the wind. The two ladies in the parking lot obviously should not have to put up with that garbage, slurred blurps coming from a dark hole of pain it seems, with no rhyme or reason and for what has to be longest 5 minutes video ever of someone making of verbal harassment, it hurts to watch it. I do not think North Carolina wants to take on the 1st Amendment with the argument this encounter puts forth.
The two black females, while showing restraint did so in order to execute a what appears to be a lethal electronic execution of drunk person on Friday night. Or an electronic Lynching as the event does seem to solicit haters to the stinky scene better than dog poop hiding under my shoes. To say their restraint was an act of kindness is a bit cheeky, really? I noticed the two ladies never stated the reason why they were there, not that Susan could have processed that information as she seemed to be on a blackout drunk level were you are moving around but have no idea what's going on in reality. Nor was it any of Susan's business what these ladies were doing, she can ask, and she did multiple times. Perhaps there is more to the story as most people would have said they live there, yet refuse to go inside, why is that?
By any reasonable standard two people waiting at a car, while they could be inside done seems a little odd. I can see how a bored, angry person might investigate. while she remains in line if she queries the duo? They are in a common area of private property correct? They refused to answer any questions, yet for some reason remained in the common area. Susan retreated dropping her phone, duo needs to explain the pursuit of Susan starting at 1:30. Now, is that what a victim acts like? At that point this whole thing needs to be trashed and while the corporations better gear up for wrongful even a racist, most of nation would be in clink half the time. I have no doubt having to listen to that is annoying, but to try and spin it so that you are a victim of a crime so dark that the perpetrator's penalty after mob justice means they have lost career and their home and by virtue of the internet any chance for a 'normal' life' thereafter, seems like a really ugly game that is seriously dangerous to play. Perhaps therein lies the area of concern. Scary.

Why did the duo stand out there and listened to this drunk go on and on, their apartment looked like it was only 100 feet from the car. But that is speculation. They are waiting on AAA, I assume. Why not wait inside and enjoy a soda and nice show? The police should take that into consideration, I do not think every chance to avoid escalation was attempted, but in the end, there was no physical violence between the 2 parties. To be certain, the AAA customers are not obligated to take any further measures. The 2 held their ground and asked Susan to leave ad naseum. Susan remained running her mouth and got in the duo's space multiple times, even flopped into one it seemed while trying to balance. I never saw Susan strike or swing, which I'm sure would have looked pathetic with no effect. Bottom line is that would have taken a tiny bit of consideration for Susan for the AAA customers to change plans, like move 100 feet, close your door and wait for police. Susan deserved no quarter, from the looks of things, she did not get any. Perhaps she deserved something less than complete excommunication! Here is something I know to be true, technology has done nothing to help create more empathy in this world. Why is that?
Reality check folks, its called the 1st amendment freedom of speech and while corporations are spineless they always have an employee handbook, I'm interested to hear the argument for why the law wants to get involved and challenge the 1st amendment of the Constitution. because those charges are suggesting that our freedom to be an asshole just got removed and mobs get to decide the fate of drunken folk acting like assholes, makes for interesting reality TV, thats about it. Obnoxious people, ahh how nice! Arrest them, they make my ears bleed!
Keep it on the playground? Or go run tell the teacher? The two ladies had no choice, a KO ed white lady with 2 black ladies standing over her could have backfired and now we have 2 innocent ladies up on false charges of A and B. Smart play, however, how else could this have been handled? The act of saying I'm white I'm white is that illegal now? Of course not, im being cheeky, the 1st amendment protects everyone, including those under substance.

The two ladies firmly held their ground and asked Susan to leave nothing short of many+ times. Susan remained running her mouth and got in the pairs space multiple times, even flopped into one it seemed while trying to balance. I have to wonder if Susan would have done the same to anyone standing out in what she was perceiving as 'her' home. While Susan blathers something about the two were up to something, and let's be honest is it normal to wait outside or inside generally? . I have seen drunk bigots and drunk racists on both sides of color and its a stretch calling this a racial attack. I'm sorry, but Baby mama does not constitute a racial slur, nor does blithering on about them being bitchs, nor does some blithering talk about anything. That's the thing America, lady liberty she will protect her babies from the law but she will not protect them from corporations dumping people for instances that are arguably in the hot potato category, or has that changed because of certain quarterbacks of color in the NFL?
Is this woman not free to talk about stuff in her own parking lot? Indeed, she is - but would she have done that if it stated in her employee handbook that any drunk talk in public is strictly prohibited. Perhaps it is stated, the point needs to be clear if some blathering happens on your property, and mobs on the ready with cameras and human resources on the line to capture the remark, expediting the lynching. People need clear understand just exactly what bad behavior looks like so it can be avoided. The police want to add on criminal charges, even after the woman got run out of town, literally by an electronic mob on twitter.

The 'You and I 'disappear as you begin to see humanity in others, your own flaws in others then one day it you notice the noise has stopped. You are no longer critical of others, only yourself at times- you make excuses for the things your loved ones do that disappoint you, instead of shaming and blaming you become a rock of unconditional love, you are evolving, becoming more godlike as the universe dances across the skyline with a lightness as it delights in you. A balance only felt, not with the mind but with silence. Instead of you pushing against it. Roll with it. Instructions are only heard if your mind is silenced, your ego - the mind is the greatest enemy of humanity and we are evolving away from it constantly, only to pull back in with fight talk from egos so large it takes a giant white house to keep it satisfied. We all come from the same one life, stop acting like strangers.
Remember the social punishment we apply to Susan cuts both ways, keep that in mind. Do we really want to start the trend of telling on each other respective employers each time a little rowdiness breaks out? Seems like a dangerous tactic that will draw some revenge crime, that is human nature. Middle school playground rules make sense in Susan case, but by being smart calling the police, letting them handle it, the punishment is harsher than good swift ass-kicking, by a long shot. Again let me make the point that the duo ladies handled it the best they could, I do not personally know what I would have done other than leave and lock myself in my apartment, turn up the TV or music and ignore the mouth. What out explanation of why they did not simply leave and go inside thier apartment makes no sense to me., even though the duo has every right to stay, it's not fair to stay and then complain. Much, is it? The Duo could have walked back to their apartment and gotten away from it. What punishment makes sense in South Park Susan's case? I don't like to punish people, so I have no idea.
While Susan showed her ass, with no class (Doubt she remembers it, she was extremely intoxicated) 5 minutes of belligerence and obnoxious behavior that unless I'm told otherwise was completely avoidable. society hang Susan, then we have to hang Don as well. Danger! Zero tolerance attitude, always looking to backstab, and destroy people over anything and everything is toxic. Sadly, there is absolutely zero neighborly love in this country if we are destroying people for being toxic. Remember, its NOT against the law to be an asshole. I fail to see any violation of law, and on your own property you should expect some reasonable privacy.
The take away from South park Susan story is this: expect no help, no sympathy, no empathy, no remorse, no love in any encounter with strangers, North America is now a melting pot of red-hot TNT getting ready for departure to some unknown place that perhaps can make sense of this irritation, despair, hate, fear that keeps us in crawling around in the trash bin, trashing people lives is going to have on effect on everyone, maybe we should just burn it all down and start over, it's starting to smell like shit everywhere.
Remember that power used unwisely results in karmic reactions in similar magnitude thus creating the dreaded death spiral as both sides try and get the final word and win. Perhaps we need to be reminded by artists it's great to win but to turn the other cheek, is divine. A theme we need now more than ever. A theme that once resonated in a more humble and less hostile America that had a soul, when do we lose it?
Update: Susan Westbrook turned herself in.
CSA1970 disproportionally effects minorities of color and its been going on almost 50 years, Obama for whatever reason, didn't pursue it. The Act of 1970 is the single act in American history that has nearly consumed the Northern Hemisphere, nobody has the answer to why it is not struck down as unconstitutional is been something I've wondered my entire life. CSA1970=War on drugs=over 1 million dead and climbing fast. WOD now surpasses that of the crusades, meaning we now own the most idiotic, unconstitutional, part of America's violence. Why were we smarter in 1920s after 10 years of war and mafia we got rid of that bullshit. Who thought it was a good idea in 1970? Nixon. For one reason. Live JFK, bullets that day in Dallas- put the public into a deep state of fear, and Nixon is one of the savviest slithering politicians known to man, took the boomers for a ride, which they now realize they have some explaining to do! America ran on ZERO prohibition for 150 years and failed after 10 with bathtub gin, we repealed Are our officials really that slow? Let me remind you

Please remember to forward to a friend, I get very little per view and every view matters - the more it circulates the better chance I have to eat! I need to service this addiction, writing - as its just 'too good' to give up.
Many thanks for reading, every person that reads this hopefully will have a better understanding of the world we live in, because I do not understand it all. Bewildered and anxious for answers, I submit blogs to harness power of observation and debate - so every person, in every town, in every forest, moon or city can gain insight into that nagging feeling deep inside our soul. That feeling that we all hear faintly is the violin player from deep inside, we all have seen him before, he is first strings, he plays on the Titanic.
Peace be with us all.
